Hi, I’m Chrissy, I’ve been a conscious raw foodie since August 2005.
In November 2006 I gave birth to Nancy who has had a natural diet of breast milk and some fruit. I have been raising my daughter using the continuum concept style of attachment parenting, sharing my bed and using a sling to carry her.
In May 2007, when Nancy was 6 months old, I started experimenting with nappy-free techniques, responding to signs and cues from her when she let me know she needed to wee or poo. My family has been very successful in responding to our little one’s natural toileting needs and it has helped her feel respected, loved and nurtured. It’s also saved us loads of money on nappies, washing and water (plus all the hassle that goes with disposable or washable nappies!)
This site is in it’s infancy. I will be posting information on raising healthy children, nappy-free babies, raw foods and raw food classes. Check out the video section now, for some great recipe demos.
I’d like to hear from you, so if you have any questions or comments, just scroll down to the foot of the page you are on and leave a comment.
