    Hi Chrissy

I’ve been subscribing to the Mother magazine for years and love it! I also enjoy making your recepies. I have purchased raw powders from different suppliers but am always a little concerned about the integrity of these companies.

I would be grateful if you would recommend a reliable supplier please.

    thank you

    best wishes

Hi Fiona, I’m delighted you enjoy the recipes I share in TheMotherMagazine. By raw powders, I assume you are referring to superfoods. Some of my superfoods and ingredients come from Treeharvest, Rawliving, ForeverLiving, OrganicHerbTrading, Kiki, Savant and Oceanwavevibrations. Hope that helps in your quest for raw perfection! Hi Chrissy, I’m just converting over to raw food & from what I’ve learnt so far, it seems the healthiest way to do this diet is the 80/10/10 approach by Dr Doug Graham, as he claims the gourmet raw food diet is even more unhealthy than a vegan cooked diet, for example, because all the nuts & seeds, superfoods are not good for us. What are you thoughts on 80/10/10 as opposed to the raw gourmet way?
